88.8% of water, Vitamin A (¥â carotin), Vitamin B complex (Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Folic acid, Nicotinic acid, Pantothenic Acid),
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) Calcium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper,
zinc and dietary fiber.

Vitamin C helps improve immunity and fatigue. Victory onion contains 59mg per 100g, twice as much as tangerine, and 2000ug of ¥â-carotene per
100g, which inhibits the active oxygen causing aging by antioxidant activity. It is also rich in Vitamin K activating calcium binding actions that
helps build and maintain bones.

Aluminum sulphide (allyl ¡¤ allysine), known to relieve fatigue by helping to absorb vitamin B1 is contained in victory onion 4 times as much
as garlic and 10 times onion. Alliin is hydrolyzed in human body by an enzyme called Alliinase, and converted to Allicin, which can promote
burning visceral fat and stimulate metabolism. It also improves blood circulation, prevents thrombogenesis and suppresses cholesterol accumulation.
Cautions
Victory onion contains substantial allyl sulfide, and may cause the stomach ache in case of taking in too much at once.
Also it is often confused with poisonous plants such as meadow saffron and lily of the valley as its leaf looks similar to them.
When collecting, you can identify with its garlic smell.
